Appearance:Aised from the usual Shinigami garments, Negi has a pretty standard look.Bright orange eyes, somewhat tan skin and messy black hair he tends to spike back from time to time.
Squad Number: Most likely 11th.

Personal Information
Likes: Girls, Fruit flavored candies and sodas,Sour candies, most foods.
Dislikes: Spicey foods, when a girl he likes is on another guy.
Habits:He has a habit of saying " Eh' " at the end and beginning of most of his sentences.
Frustrations:The only thing that really pisses Negi off is when other guys get msot of the attention.
General Personality Overview:Negi is a very cocky and will do almost anything for a girl.At times, he does get to be abit too laid-back.When angered he gets extremely cold-hearted and dosen't care much for himself and those around him, he would simply want to take out the problem that caused his anger.But overall, he is a good person simply cocky.

Historical Information
Life as a Human:As a Human, Negi revolved around music and women.He spent most of his time making music and going out with friends to party and met women.Even thought he was a good kid, Negi was deeply involved with gang violence.As a gang member, Negi shot and almost killed many.Until around the age of eightteen was when he decided to get out of gangs and persue his dream of becoming a famous musical artist.
Death:One day, an old rival gang found where he was currently living
and did a drive-by on his house, hitting Negi in the left lung and
heart.
As a Soul:As a soul, Negi simply wondered around an old Music Studio in hope of one day being capable of making the music he so dearly loved.
In Rukongai:Within the Rukongai, Negi lived a very happy life, always running around with friends and such.One day, his best friend got up and left.As his friend returned, a year or so later, he was a Shinigami.Thus this set Negi out to become an even better Shinigami than his friend.
Life as a Shinigami:As a Shinigami, he spent most of his days part of a Patrol Group, wondering the Rukongai and playing with children.When not playing with children, he'd be around the women in attempt to find Ms.Right.Until, one day he was selected to join one of the thirteen divisions.

Description: Fires a concentrated bolt of lightning from the caster's forefinger.

Spell: Rajin, mighty god of thunder! I call upon thee! Lend thigh thoust hate, fury, and anger!
Description:
A variation and more powerful version of "White lightning, number 4"
Red lightning essentailly is the same, just a few times more powerful.
As the range the caster attempts to use it increases, the less
effective it becomes, becoming totally inneffective past 25 meters.
This kido can be done without the proper words being recited, this
however, will degrade the strength of the spell.

Description: Fires
multiple bolts of lightling, from the casters hands in a cone shape
spread, able to hit multiple targets that are within close range of one
another. This attack has a much higher potency or Voltage if you will.

Name: Heavenly Whip Crack.
Number: 87
Type: Offensive, Way of Destruction.
Range: Long Range.
Spell: "Flying strike, howling wind, the ignored god rages!"
Description:
An enormous "whip" the exact diameter of a train falls from the sky and
slams into the target. It is made of bright orange energy. Neglecting
to say the incantation will result in a smaller whip.


Binding Kido:
Name: Bat Out of Hell

Spell: Guardian of the sky, I seek sanctuary!
Description:
A
white hole appears above the caster, after which they jump through. The
circle shoots across the sky at amazing speed, of which even Shunpo
would have a hard time of keeping up with, transporting them to a safer
place, but can go no further than a 10 mile radius.

Name: Six Rods Prison of Light (rikujōkōrō)

Range: mid range
Spell: Carriage of thunder. Bridge of a spinning wheel. With light, divide this into six.
Description: Summons six thin, but wide, beams of light that slam into a target's midsection, holding them in place.

Description: Locks a target's arms in place behind their back.

Zanpakuto
Name:Ikazuchi.
Type:Electric based and physical.
Appearance:The guard resembles four cartoon-ish electric strikes, moving out from the blade almost resembling a plus sign.The blade itself is long, as for the Zanpakuto takes the shape of a Tachi.
Shikai
Release Name:Ikazuchi Tori.(Yet to release Negi says "Fly and Strike, Ikazuchi Tori.")
Shikai Appearance:The only difference is that the guard design changes, resembling four claws reaching up for the blade, extending a good two inches up.
Shikai Abilities: The only abilitiy of Ikazuchi Tori is that once released, four electric(yellow, duh?) blades stick out two inches at an angle, then stick straight up, the four blades being longer than the blade itself.Negi is capable of holding the Tachi out infront of him and firing the four blades off the blade, one after another, much like a gun.
